What is the quality of the t-shirts?
Our t-shirt is specially woven to our specifications. We only use premium quality 100% fully combed cotton.  This means that the t-shirt
a)    is smoother against your skin
b)    will not fuzz after washing 
c)    will not stretch or lose its shape

How do I determine my right size?
Please view the Sizing Chart on any of our t-shirt page under the Shop heading.

How should I wash my t-shirt?
As we use premium quality 100% combed cotton you will experience a minimal shrinkage of about 3% when your t-shirt is first washed. For best results, please follow these washing instructions:

Wash light and dark colors separately
Wash inside out
Wash Cold
Do Not Bleach
Hang to dry
Iron on low heat – Do not iron directly on the design.

How do I place an order?
Simply visit our Shop section, click on the design you wish to purchase, select the correct size and add the item to your shopping cart. Once all the items are in your cart, just checkout by filling the payment form. Your purchase will arrive at your doorstep before you know it! It’s that easy!

How can I pay for my t-shirt?
We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or regular account payments through PayPal™.

Can I buy a Gift Voucher?
Yes. At the Shop section you can select the value of the Gift Voucher you wish to purchase by clicking on it. You will then be navigated to the appropriate denomination page where you'll have to further click on the ADD TO CART link in order for it to be added into your shopping cart along with all your other items.

Within 24 hours of your purchase we will email your Gift Voucher to your email address. You can then forward it to the recipient or print it out to deliver by hand. The Gift Voucher will be attached to your email in the form of a .jpg file together with a voucher code.

The recipient may then make a purchase with the voucher at this website by redeeming the voucher code before checkout.  If the total value of purchase is greater than the value of the voucher, the recipient may make the outstanding payment in the usual way.  If however the total value of the purchase is less than the value of the voucher, any unused balance will not be refunded.

All Gift Vouchers have a one-year expiration grace from the date of purchase.


How secure is this store?
We use PayPal™ for our payments. PayPal™ is the world’s leading online payment system and the safest way to pay for your purchases online.  PayPal™ automatically encrypts your confidential information during transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits which incidentally is the highest level commercially available.  Also since Paypal™ is a third party, we never get to see your credit card details at any point of the transaction. 

To know you’re safe, always ensure that the small lock icon appears in the lower right corner of your web browser and that the URL of the website starts with https instead of http.

Do you accept international orders or ship to P.O. Boxes?
We are happy to ship internationally though we regret that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes as all our packages are sent and tracked by registered mail.

How much does shipping and handling cost?
As we are currently based in Singapore, shipping cost will depend on your location. To determine the shipping cost simply proceed to view cart after you are done shopping.

In your cart, click the "Check Shipping Zones" link situated below our logo. Once you have determined which zone your location falls into, select the shipping zone drop down box under the "TOTAL" text and hit the "RECALCULATE" button.

Will I pay import and customs duties or sales tax?
You are responsible for the payment of customs duty or any other import tax to your own country. By law we must attach a customs label to your package describing the contents (e.g. t-shirt, sticker card set, etc.) and declare the purchase price.

If you purchase more than one item, we may pack each item separately so that the value of each package is below your customs duty exemption value.  We will do what we can to help mitigate customs duty.

How long will I have to wait for delivery?
We will send you a confirmation email thanking you for your purchase and send your package from Singapore within 24 hours of receiving your order. You should receive your purchase in about 10-22 days depending on the postal service.

Delivery within Singapore is through Singapore Post. Worldwide delivery is through Singapore Post Airmail.

Note that we only use registered post so that we are able to track your orders.  To find out where your package is, simply drop us an email at contact@t-u-g.com and we will be happy to get it sorted out for you.

What is your Returns / Exchange Policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply fill out our RETURNS FORM and mail the item you wish to return together with the original receipt as well as a hard copy of the RETURNS FORM to us. You have 15 days from the purchase date to return your t-shirt. Please keep in mind that the
t-shirt must not have been worn or washed, or have its tag removed or damaged in any way.

Can I buy TUG t-shirts as a gift for my friend?
Absolutely. We believe that TUG t-shirts make the best gifts.  You may even include a special birthday / gift note in the package.  Simply fill in the “Special Requests” text box during checkout indicating that the purchase is a gift.  Then type in the message you’d like to appear in the note and fill out your friend’s shipping address.  It’s that easy!
